To help us get there, we’ve recently made some changes within our executive leadership team to reflect our focus on excellence in customer service, technology delivery and product innovation.
Chief Product Officer Tim Szakacs has a new role as Tally Group’s Chief Customer Officer. Tim will lead our customer account management, professional services and managed services teams globally.
Roger Barnes (President, Australia and New Zealand) will take on the new role of Global Chief Innovation Officer in early 2023, leading the development of new innovations (including complex billing and new digital solutions).
Frank Pandazopoulos (pictured, right) becomes Head of Global Sales, while Jennifer Moore moves to a new role as VP Product – North America & Japan, working with Mari Reddy (President, Japan).
Tally Group Global Chief Executive Andrew Duncan says the new moves are another exciting step forward in the company’s progression.
